'I will never work with Simon'

April 25, 2007

X FACTOR ex Louis Walsh last night reignited his row with Simon Cowell — insisting: “I’ll never work with him again.”

Louis — still fuming over his “heartless” sacking by Simon — said he’d prefer to work with “true music legend” Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber.

He blasted: “I want nothing to do with the X Factor or Cowell — I never want to work with him again.”

And he confirmed our story that he would NOT be managing the winning X Factor finalist as Simon had hoped.

Instead he will manage the winner of Any Dream Will Do — the BBC rival to Simon’s ITV show Grease Is The Word.

Louis said: “I will not be managing X Factor’s winning act, I will manage the winning Joseph instead.

“I’ll be working with Andrew Lloyd Webber — a true music legend — Universal, the best record label and BBC1, the best channel.”

Louis has already tried to wind Simon up by appearing on Any Dream Will Do, which is trouncing Grease in the ratings.

Axe Factor ... Simon

The pair fell out after Simon sacked him and Kate Thornton from The X Factor last month.

Louis was incensed because Simon did not tell him personally. He said: “He never even called me.”
