EXCLUSIVE: 'It could happen down the line' – Shane Filan teases idea of Westlife reunion – WATCH - http://www.ok.co.uk/celebrity-news/shane-f...video-exclusive Kian Egan's former bandmate says 'if one person wasn't happy, it won't happen' as he reveals the lads have 'drifted apart' By Helen Turnbull Wednesday 15 Oct 2014 IF you were a nineties kid, Westlife formed a very important part of your younger years. It may be time to start practising the perfect arm-sway as the band's lead singer Shane Filan has exclusively teased the idea of a reunion. Talking to OK! Online at the launch of his autobiography My Side of Life, the 35-year-old said: "It's a question I get asked every single day and something like that is down to all of us. "There are no plans to write now – that is the honest truth but there's always a chance it could happen. "Down the line it could happen but it might not either. It's something you can't predict." Although the Irish crooner, Nicky Byrne, Kian Egan and Mark Feehily still, to this day, agree with the decision to part ways when they did, they still long for the good old days. "We all reminisce and of course you miss certain things about it because it's part of your life," he told us. Shane barely sees his former band mates as they've naturally drifted apart but he's insisted there's no bad blood between them. He said: "There's no bitterness there. We've literally gone opposite directions in our life. "We're all individually doing our own things now and finding out our own careers, our own lives and we all seem to be very happy at the moment. "We'll just have to wait and see. It could happen. If it did, it'd be down the line I think." |

Thank you for posting Jo, its sad to think they no longer talk to each other. I can understand why they wouldn't see each other as often, anymore. They do live in all different parts of the world now and they are finding their feet, in their own solo projects. So I can see why it would be hard for them to meet up, all at the same time. |
