Ooooooooooooooookay! Getting real close now to the end of the longest arc ever. Just one more sequence -- the train rescue!

(Really, it's been two arcs, I think. The stuff on Swett Ranch was probably an arc in itself, and the stuff in Salt Lake City was even a particularly long arc in itself. It was all unintentional, I didn't mean for it to take so long, but so it goes.)

Strompy, in the interest of giving you some time to think about it before I hand it over, I'll go ahead and say your job will be getting the group to Elko, Nevada, or at least partway there, or at least start them on the way there and get detoured, or get past there and have to double back, whatever you want.

I don't have any ideas or preconceptions of what's there. I just chose it because it seemed like it had some interesting stuff, like some casinos, and a hot spring. If Seven wants something to be there, I'll leave it up to him to hash it out with you. But as far as I'm concerned, you can feel free to make Elko and what they discover in Elko anything you want.

EDIT: And you're free to have anything happen there, too. I didn't mean to imply your arc has to end when we get there. It can, if you want, but also feel free to have the majority of it take place at Elko, if that sounds better. Again, if Seven needs anything teed up for his arc, I'll leave that to him.

Strompy, just to keep you in the loop -- just gonna get through a quick Eli / Kelsey scene while it's still night. Then I'll jump forward to first light and Team Brandon getting close to the train.

Sorry Strompy, didn't think it would take more than one night. Tomorrow for sure.

MAYBE today, is what he means to say.

In the States it is Thanksgiving today. For those unfamiliar, that is the holiday where we gorge ourselves on an incredible amount of turkey (probably because it is bigger than chicken or duck) to make ourselves feel better about exploiting the third world. So today I will be a little busy, just as I have been for the past couple of days. But after today, my schedule returns to something a little more normal. Cause I ain't touching black Friday with a 12 foot pole.

I think we can make it. Soooooo close now.

And by the way, Strompy, I will make sure this doesn't happen again. In the future if the main group stuff gets ahead of the side stuff like this then too bad, the side stuff will just have to keep up and the blanks will be filled in with recaps or flashbacks.

And that's my arc!

I will likely have more to say in retrospect soon, but for now, I'll just say that I'll leave it up to you. If you want to jump forward a little bit, that's cool. if you want to keep this scene going, that's cool too.

The one thing that's a little different from normal is that the Eli / Kelsey subplot will keep moving on in the background, so it's not a total clean break like it usually is. But do not worry about accommodating that at all, from now on if there's a conflict with the timing, the Eli / Kelsey stuff will find a workaround.

The floor is yours, Strompy.

And as for my requests... well, I don't have any. Wherever your arc leaves us, I can connect mine to.

The floor is yours to do with as you wish, Strompy.

The funny thing is I didn't actually intend for Brandon to start going down this path is just kind of naturally emerged. But he's actually acting like Eli was in a lot of ways.
