Richard A. Enslow

Above: Enslow, circa 2004

Vital Statistics at Time of Disappearance

Missing Since: July 2004 from Oahu, Hawaii
Classification: Endangered Missing
Age: 28 years old
Height and Weight: 6'1, 175 pounds
Distinguishing Characteristics: Brown hair, blue eyes. Enslow has tattoos of a shark and a dolphin on his upper right arm.

Details of Disappearance

Enslow was last seen in Oahu, Hawaii sometime during late July, 2004. He borrowed a family member's car and never returned it. He has never been heard from again. His family reported him missing on August 2.
The car Enslow was last seen driving was found abandoned in a coffee field near Helemano Gulch on July 30, 2004, but the property owner did not report the find to the police until October of that year. When investigators searched the vehicle, they found items which had been reported stolen from a car at Ka'ena Point on July 30. Helemano Gulch is over 150 feet deep in spots and authorities looked for signs that Enslow fell and became injured, but they could not find any evidence to indicate that this happened.

In addition to being listed as a missing person, Enslow is wanted by the police on outstanding four arrest warrants for contempt of court and probation violation. Authorities believe he may be hiding to avoid being taken into custody, but foul play is also possible in his case. It remains unsolved.
