Missing Since: July 1999 from Baltimore, Maryland
Classification: Missing
Date Of Birth: January 18, 1966
Age: 33 years old
Height and Weight: 4'9, 120 pounds
Distinguishing Characteristics: Black hair, brown eyes. Bland has the name "Lugie" tattooed on her left thigh.
Clothing/Jewelry Description: A white t-shirt and jeans.


Details of Disappearance

Bland was last seen in the 1500 block of Hollis Street in Baltimore, Maryland sometime during July 1999. She has never been heard from again. Few details are available in her case.
