Bob Parker Fasig Missing since May 8, 1993 from Ventura, Ventura County, California Classification: Endangered Missing Vital Statistics * Date Of Birth: April 16, 1921 * Age at Time of Disappearance: 72 years old * Height and Weight at Time of Disappearance: 5'10; 143 lbs. * Distinguishing Characteristics: White male. Gray hair; hazel eyes. * Marks, Scars: Surgical scar on his abdomen. * Clothing: Navy blue cardigan sweater, a brown plaid shirt, jeans and navy-colored slip-on shoes. He was carrying a set of keys with military dog tags and wearing a Medic Alert tag. * AKA: Robert Fasig * Dentals: Available * Other: Alzheimer's Disease. He was not articulate; if he fell and got hurt, his ability to attract attention would be virtually nil. Health-wise, he is very physically fit. Circumstances of Disappearance Fasig was last seen in Ventura, California on May 8, 1993. He wandered away from the Mound Guest Home, a care facility. When Fasig left the Mound Guest Home that May morning, just after breakfast, it wasn't for the first time. Although he had been at the home less than 10 days, he had left two previous times and been returned by staff and police. Authorities have passed out hundreds of flyers in English and Spanish, scoured the streets and hills around Ventura and walked through an underground storm drain. Despite their efforts, Fasig appears to have vanished without a trace. He has never been heard from again.
