KILLEEN (May 14, 2009)--Twenty years ago Thursday, 9-year-old Jenna Robbins was kidnapped as she played in the front yard of her home in Killeen.

She has never been found, and her fate is as much of a mystery now, as it was two decades ago.

When she was last seen, at around 5:30 p.m. on May 14, 1989, she was a schoolgirl with brown hair and freckles on her left cheek, wearing black and green spandex pants, white sneakers and a shirt with a tree design.

She got into a gray two-door Dodge or Plymouth sedan with a white man in his early 20s who had brown hair and the car drove off.

It was last seen traveling west on Garrison.

She’s listed on the Web site of the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, but she’s no longer a child.

If she’s still alive, she’s 29 now.
