Classification: Non-Family Abduction
Date Of Birth: September 11, 1973
Age: 3 years old
Height and Weight: 3'0, 37 pounds

Details of Disappearance

Marshall spent the night of July 20, 1977 at a friend's residence in Los Angeles County, California. Earlene Williams, her husband James Williams, and the children Ivy Matory, Violet B. Matory, and Yolanda Marie Williams all lived inside the residence. Ivy and Violet were Earlene's daughters by a previous relationship; Yolanda was Earlene and James's child which they had together.
On the night of July 20, the Williams/Matory residence burned down. Earlene's body was found inside; she was the victim of a homicide. James, Yolanda, Marshall, and the Matory children were not there, however. James was seen with Yolanda, Marshall, Ivy and Violet at a Denny's restaraunt in Grapevine, California at 5:30 a.m. on July 21, the day after their house burned down. None of the children have ever been seen or heard from again. James was picked up by friends in Riverside, California later that day, without the children. He was later convicted of Earlene's murder, but he never revealed the whereabouts of the children and was never charged in their cases.

James is now deceased. Yolanda, Ivy, Violet, and Marshall's cases all remain unsolved.
