In case anyone was wondering, I talked with LE about this and it has been ruled out. Feels good to say that.

Thought it was worth a look.

For those of us that are geographically impaired, which states would fall into the time zone this victims watch was set at? A hour behind Oklahoma time?

His watch would have indicated he was from the West Coast. However, he could have just been visitng there. Got to keep all of the options open.

I just noticed this topic, and I had something to add.

The time the watch is set to should not be relied on. My mother is an Anglophile, and has her watch set to England time, but she doesn't come from there. I know that sounds odd, but people set watches for all sorts of estoteric reasons.
