Human remains found last week ID'd as Dellwood woman who walked away from hospital in 2014 By Kim Bell St. Louis Post-Dispatch 1 hr ago (0) NORTH ST. LOUIS COUNTY • Human remains found last week have been identified as those of a woman who went missing in October 2014 after walking away from a hospital. Rocsheill J. Robinson, 51, had been missing since Halloween 2014. Robinson walked out of Christian Hospital on the afternoon of Oct. 31, 2014, in what relatives believe was a confused mental state. She had been admitted at the hospital for high blood pressure with alcohol-related problems, family said. She left the hospital against medical advice. Someone was coming to pick her up, but they found no sign of her. "When she walked out of here, she disappeared off the face of the earth," Robinson's brother-in-law, Earl Neal of Overland, told the Post-Dispatch in 2014. Hospital surveillance footage showed her walking down a hallway inside the hospital then outside near a parking lot then out of the camera's view, Neal told the Post-Dispatch in a follow-up story in 2015. Robinson had been living with her niece in Dellwood. Last week, a mushroom hunter found a human skull in a wooded area near a retirement community in the 11100 block of Village North Drive. The next morning, on April 11, authorities found more remains when they searched the area. The area where the remains were discovered is near Christian Hospital, northwest of the interchange between Interstate 270 and Lewis and Clark Boulevard (Highway 367). http://www.stltoday.com/news/local/crime-a...6bbde8da63.html |
