Family fears Tulsa woman who disappeared in November may be in danger

TULSA, Okla. - Quick facts:

Samantha Puckett's family says she has been missing since the beginning of November.
Her parents say she was staying with her sister for about a week and a half before she went missing.
Her parents say she would contact them every week, because they have custody of her son.
Police say her family says it is out of her character to stop contacting them, and they believe she is missing and endangered.
Police say the family fears for her safety.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is urged to call 918-596-COPS.
Puckett, 29, is 5'8" and 150 pounds.

TULSA, Okla. - Quick Facts:

Tulsa police say they were serving a search warrant at Samantha Puckett's home when they found her boyfriend dead
Police say he took his own life
Police are still investigating.

Tulsa police say a missing woman's boyfriend killed himself when they knocked on his door to serve a search warrant.

Samantha Puckett disappeared in November.

They said they were searching three residences near Utica and Apache, because investigators said they believe she was in an extremely abusive relationship and her boyfriend may be connected to her disappearance.

When police knocked on the man's door to serve a warrant at his residence, they said he shot himself.

An investigation is underway.
