Bagged body parts found near train tracks in NYC April 13, 2014 12:21 pm (0) Comments NEW YORK (AP) — Authorities say a homeless man made a disturbing discovery near some train tracks in Queens. He found some plastic bags with body parts inside them. The New York Post reports (http://bit.ly/RfME2T ) the man found the bags near the Long Island Rail Road tracks in the Elmhurst section. They had been dumped in an overgrown area. A torso, leg bone and skull were among the remains.
