An adult and two teenagers spotted the remains about 6 p.m. at a retention pond along Jones Road and Fallbrook, sheriff's deputies said. The state of decomposition is so advanced the age or sex could not be determined at the scene, deputies said. Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS. |
