Murder investigation in Anderson County Update

Date of News Release: 01/11/2011

(Post 12 Frankfort) -- The suspect "Terry" Allen Cram remains at large. The investigation has revealed he has used the victim's debit card in multiple states. On Tuesday, January 4, 2011 he used the victim's debit card in Louden, TN. On Wednesday, January 5, 2011 he used the victim's debit card in Perry, GA. On Thursday, January 6, 2011 at 9:24 AM he used the victim's debit card in Live Oak, FL. The Kentucky State Police is working with Law Enforcement in those states in an attempt to locate the suspect. We are also using the media in those states to inform the public of this dangerous suspect. We will continue to update the investigation.





Murder investigation in Anderson County

Date of News Release: 01/10/2011

(Post 12 Frankfort) -- Today the Kentucky State Police Post 12 officially named Terrence "Terry" Allen Cram the suspect in the Murder Investigation in Anderson County. Mr. Cram's date of birth is 08-09-1963, he is thought to be driving a green 2000 Nissan Frontier XE with a camper on the bed. The truck has Kentucky License 137-GGZ. Mr. Cram is considered dangerous and possibly armed. He is currently wanted for murder and warrants have been issued for his arrest.

The victim is Tena L. McNeely 49 years old, she is the daughter of fallen Kentucky State Police Trooper James McNeely. Tpr. McNeely lost his life in the line of duty during a flood rescue in Frankfort in 1971. Ms. McNeely was a resident of Anderson County. The cause of death was blunt force trauma to the head.

The Kentucky State Police is asking for the public's assistance in locating Mr. Cram.
