Jean Foss lived in Johnson Vermont and worked at Waterbury State Hospital. She disappeared around Thanksgiving of 1964. She was tall and slim.. about 5'7" Black hair at the time, but was always changing color-- -Sometimes used the name Elaine Peterson She was reportedly last seen in the company of a one armed man named Harold Laplante. Her family last heard from her when she called from Brattleborro, Vermont.. Harold Laplante reportedly came back but Jean was never heard from again.
