Julie Lynn Seay Missing since December 23, 1988 from Daytona Beach, Volusia County, Florida. Classification: Involuntary Date Of Birth: January 27, 1963 Age at Time of Disappearance: 25 years old Height and Weight at Time of Disappearance: 4'11"; 103 lbs. Distinguishing Characteristics: Asian female. Korean. Black hair; brown eyes. Marks, Scars: C-section scar. Circumstances of Disappearance Seay was last seen leaving an Ormond Beach office where she did telephone magazine sales, on December 23rd, 1988. After police were notified of her disappearance, her car was found backed into a parking spot, in a city lot in the 200 block of Magnolia Avenue. Her purse was still inside. A thorough check of the car and the lot by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement yielded no clues. The seat was adjusted for a taller person. Seay had two very small sons at the time. Shortly before her disappearance Seay divorced her husband, though he said the couple were planning on reconciling. Foul play is suspected.
