Missing since April 17, 1995 from Reistertown, Baltimore County, Maryland.
Classification: Endangered Missing

Date Of Birth: June 11, 1976
Age at Time of Disappearance: 18 years old
Height and Weight at Time of Disappearance: 5'10"; 150 lbs.
Distinguishing Characteristics: White female. Long, brown hair; hazel eyes.
Marks, Scars: Fractured right clavicle, fracture right shoulder.
Clothing: Black jacket, white top, black pants, and black shoes.
Dentals: Radiographs available.
Dentals: Available at University of North Texas.

Circumstances of Disappearance
Mosley was last seen around 2:45 a.m. by a friend who dropped her off near another friend's apartment at High Falcon Road and Pittston Circle.
She resided in the 100 block of Westminster Pike and was reported missing at 10 p.m. when her purse, and all its contents, where found by a passerby in Pittston Circle.
