Distinguishing Characteristics: White female. Brown hair; brown eyes.
Marks, Scars: She has a scar on her right ankle from a fracture.

Circumstances of Disappearance
Piper was last seen in Phenix City, Alabama on November 28, 1994.
She called her daughter in Columbus, Georgia to wish her a Happy Thanksgiving. Her car was found approximately one week later at the Columbus, Georgia airport, with no sign of her.
