Unidentified White Male


•The victim was discovered on June 17, 1990 in Hialeah, Miami-Dade County, Florida

•Estimated age: 36-45 years old
•Approximate Height and Weight: 5'3"; 153 lbs.
•Distinguishing Characteristics: Black, straight, moderate hair; brown eyes. Scant black mustache.
•Clothing: Blue jeans; white and blue shirt; white sneakers.
•Dentals: All teeth present; no restorations.
•Fingerprints: Available
•DNA: Available; University of North Texas
The victim was a bicyclist found on SR-826 Northbound at North West 122nd Street in Hialeah, Florida on November June 17, 1990.

He had been seen by witnesses on the exit ramp to North West 122 Street and State Road 826 on the Northbound side.

As the deceased started across State Road 826 riding a bicycle and when he got to the center lane, he turned the bicycle south and at this time, a motorcycle traveling about 70 mile per hour struck the deceased and both were ejected from the bike and the motorcycle.

Oscar Rodriguez

Oscar Rodriguez, 28, was killed after he was struck by a motorcyclist while riding his bike on June 17, 1990, in Hialeah, Miami-Dade County, Florida. He remained unidentified as a John Doe (1389UMFL) until March 27, 2017.
