Distinguishing Characteristics: White male. Short dark brown hair; brown eyes.
Marks, Scars: He has a Manchester United tattoo on his right forearm. Brian walks with a shuffle due to his illness.
Medical: He requires regular medication for a degenerative condition.

Brian left his home in Shotton, North Wales on 26 February 1999 and has not been seen since.
