Roley Butler, a 38 year old Indian male, was reported missing by his father after the victim failed to contact his family. The victim was known to frequent the area of the Salvation Army, near Archer Street and Denver Avenue. (REPORT: 1993-502994) (DETECTIVE ASSIGNED: LOVEALL)

Roley Butler
Age at disappearance: 38

Butler was reported missing by his father in 1993 after he failed to contact his family for some time. He was a transient and was known to frequent the areas around downtown shelters.
