Circumstances: This man was struck by a vehicle on the I-17 freeway.
Description: He is Caucasian, Native American, or Hispanic and had long gray hair, brown eyes, and a moustache. He was wearing brown pants with a belt, a gray sweatshirt, white jacket and white shoes.
Scientific Information: His dental charting is available.
