The victim was discovered on November 11, 1982 in Southwest Ranches, Broward County, Florida
Estimated Date of Death: 3 months prior
Partial Skeleton


Estimated age: 21-35 years old
Approximate Height and Weight: 5'6"
Clothing: Socks

The victim was located by construction workers in mound of dirt near U.S. 27 and State Road 84, Unincorporated, Fort Lauderdale where there had been road construction. Wrapped in red tent and plastic trash bag, with legs tied with socks and metal tie.

Body Found: Nov 11, 1982
Crime Scene: A mound of dirt near U.S. 27 and State Road 84, Unincorporated, Fort Lauderdale where there had been road construction.
Description: The victim was a black male.
Investigation: Because the skeletal remains were headless, there were few identifying characteristics.
Clues:

The victim had been deceased for approximately three months.
