It is believed she was going to her home at 562 North 167th Street when she left work. Edwards was a steady employee, in a steady relationship and was not living a high-risk lifestyle. Foul play is suspected in her disappearance. Carol Edwards, then 25, disappeared Jan. 2, 1981, from Seattle. She was last seen leaving her job in downtown Seattle. She took the bus home and her coat and car were found at home. Investigators reported no obvious signs of foul play.
