Plot Summary
The Ministry for Magic is getting paranoid. There's been some talk around town about the desire for the Statute of Secrecy to end and the globe to know about witches and wizards. The Ministry has started keeping tabs on some different people but they don't know what this new movement might mean for the world yet.

IC communication for muggles

 XD So I know I have the only muggle right now, but a lot of characters have muggle friends/family members. I think it would be cool to have maybe cell phone (texting/voicemail) or IMing set up as subforums under IC communications. Just a suggestion =] Also, it would make threads run more smoothly if we wouldn't have to do all the posting that surrounds making/participating in phone calls when the call is only being placed to get to the storyline of the thread. I don't know if that made sense, but I'm tired, lol.
