As above, I've just got an earphone which uses the 2.5mm plug but is not able to fit into the Ipod's plug since it is 3.5mm.. May I know where to get the adapter for it? also how much would it be? Hope you guys can help out.. thanks!

Hi Hakkamike, I think your title is wrong, what you need is a 2.5mm->3.5mm adapter, not the other way around. A 3.5->2.5mm adapter enables you to use a normal 3.5mm earphone with your handphone, while the 2.5mm->3.5mm adapter enables you to use a 2.5mm earphone with the iPods. Anyways, I'm not really sure about 2.5mm->3.5mm, but theres tonnes of 3.5mm->2.5mm adapters at the handphone accessory shops over at Sim Lim Square(SLS). I suppose you can try your luck there and they should cost <$10. |

There are a couple of stores at SLS and SLT which sells such adapter. Make good use of your eyesight and you will be able to spot it lol. |
