To make a full sized headphone? As we all know, the TC20 and MylarOne kicks ass for the prices they command. Won't it be interesting if OVC came out with a full-sized headphone using Mylar drivers? It could sound heavenly but won't make our wallets run off.

Firstly, the Mylar-Ones are not associated with OVC. However, if you would like the Crossroads to do Full-size Headphones, do feel free to contact them. There are a couple of mylar driver full-size headphones in the market and one of them is the Philips HP-1000 which is available in Jaben Networks. |

If I'm not wrong, wasn't the MylarOne manufactured by OVC? That idea was just a random musing. I doubt OVC will be concerned about the fantasies of a few Singaporean audiophiles. I didn't know that the HP-1000 was for sale at Jaben. I thought it was just there for display. Gotta ask Uncle Wilson next time, thanks for the heads up. |

MylarOne is manufactured by CrossRoads which is a Korean based company. OVC is a China based company |

haha i would be rather scared of their fullsized cans, considering their reliability issues with the earbuds already. |

I don't really think the mylar drivers in general would affect the reliability of the headphones (the Phillips HP1000 seems to be alright, although they are not very common). Unless, of course, you are referring to either OVC or Crossroad's current reputation. However, could the problems have anything to do with the fragile nature of such small mylar drivers? |

I think I have got the solution to the 'Mylar' drivers for Headphones (or rather Home Speakers) while I surf for drumheads. ![]() http://www.remo.com/portal/products/3/9/80...leaneagles.html Oh god! Powerful bass reproduction?

I think you got the wrong guy.
I was never there on saturdays lately. In fact, you were somehow close in your descriptions. I was there on Friday afternoon to evening, in a white shirt with green strips around the collar the sleeves. Anyway, back to OVC Petition topic.
