Hi guys, wanted to create a thread like those in head-fi, we already have a sticky thread for your gears... how about one which is how u actually package your ear/headphones, amp, DAP for EDC(everyday carry)? pls post pictures of your "portable rig" (including the pouch or bag to hold your stuff?) they got this famous thread in head-fi where u post picture of your portable n the casing.. and also... im sure all of u have come across it.. tons of inspirations there (they even put their DAP into those strepsils metal casing with sponged lined inside for shock proofing, and cutting a hole above to plug into your earphone, very creative.. and crumpler mini casing and stuff) in what pouch or bag do u guys carry your rig in ? lets share your inspirations (this is not mine)above is a pic i saw in head-fi forums, which i think is damn cool... its held in the etymotic pouch... anyone doing the same too ?

As for me, the Portable Rig will go into my left side pocket (cargo pants).
It's either that or it will be in my hand, spotted by public as suspicous article. |

personally for me i cant really put it somewhere, in bag or pocket..becoz i got this habit of itchy fingers..i will keep tweaking with the volume or skipping tracks or something... oh ya for those who take thier amp along with thier rigs... do u guys velcro your amp to your player.. or just let it hang loose and use rubber band to tie ? |

What I normally do is to place my source and amp into different compartments in my pouch. |

Hi all, The paint on my earphones have been peeling off when i don't think i've ever handled it roughly so far, and plus its only like 1 mth ago when i bought em earphones. Have experienced rackling sound as well. wonder is it because my pants pocket are quite tight i use the pouch given when i bought my earphones. Anyone can recommend some box of some sort to store my DAP & earphones in? Best if it includes the location of the shop & possibly price. Thanks
