Are you talking about dust inside the driver housing? If so, you normally can't get at it unless you crack open the driver housing - something which I do not recommend you to do. Unless it somehow affects the sound, there's nothing much you can do about it. |

Do you have the 'squeeze' blower thing (Air Bellow), usually use for clearing dust on camera lens. It can be found in camera shops and colour labs. Allow the bellow tip to cover half of the single bore, squeeze to flush dust/ear wax out from there. Do the same for the 2 bores on each side of the earphone. To clear earwax/dust within reach around the bores, use the cleaning tool provided. |

in hopes to blow the dust out. short of opening it up and cleaning, there's nothing much that can be done. |

Anyway, I'm not confident of the vacuum sucking the dust out from your Super.fi, you will need a micro tube to safely **** things out. And my concern is negative pressure will collaspe the driver. You might just **** things you don't want to see. It's also very difficult to shift things without air 'push'. In fact, i turn the Super.fi around and tap the driver with my fingernail. Give it a try? P.S : What a censorship! |

IMHO, just leave the earwax and build up itself till it gets big enough to roll out! lol wat a gross way. jkjk i uses the earwax removal kit to clean the stems of my um2 (very narrow) and uses zonalblitz's method. Finally the traditional mouth blowing technique. do note to do it fast as to not let earwax fly into your mouth! lol |

Please rephrase yourself properly next time, I nearly got lost in your words.. What we all need to understand first is how a vacumn cleaner works. It works by creating a low pressure area around the tip (nozzle) so that by physics of fluids, when there exists a difference in pressure within a fluid (here we refer to air), the high pressure region will flow towards the low pressure region so as to restore balance. Hence a negative pressure means that the drivers may collapse inside the IEM and get pushed out or swayed about inside, due to the high pressure inside the IEM casing with respect to the low pressure region outside the IEM due to the existence of a vacumn cleaner. Dont get it? Simple. Dont vacumn it. Just knock it as per zonal's suggestion. |

i was saying take a normal vacuum cleaner(those use to vacuum floor). turn the vacuum "power" to the lowest. feel the vacuum "power"... first see how strong the vacuum power is then draftly estimate how far should the vacuum tip and the IEM should put a part. will this method work? |
