Looks like the new Bose in-ears have gotten quite a positive review from Head-Fi: http://www6.head-fi.org/forums/showthread.php?t=205618 Now, if anyone were to say "Will the real Bose haters please stand up?", I will probably hit the ceiling, and I guess most of you avoid Bose like the devil, but hot damn, they seem to have garnered quite alot of love from the guys at Head-Fi. Maybe it's time to get past my hatred of Bose and give these babies a listen. >_> |

Haha, as I've said before (before I got my posts deleted, :P) this Bose Triport IE resembles to me the Stax SR-00x series..![]() leeched from Engadget.com The semi open mesh totally reminds me of it, not to mention the tips used are soft gel like.. maybe this time Bose struck it well to ask Stax to design one for them..

I believe the guys at headfi considered it more of a earbud than a canalphone due to its open design which doesn't isolate well. This probably made it one of the most comfortable earbuds. Want a brand name which is recognized outside of the community? Bose will do. Haven't personally tried them though. |
