My mouth just flew open when I heard Mer say that... but you know promos... it could be someone else and not Izzie... but they make it seem that way? I am not liking Izzie at all... so I am going to try and be neutral...

For Kristen: We see a scuffle and Izzie (she is back) and we see a man fall to the floor. We hear Izzie say "Go page Dr. Shepherd". The commentator says "On the next Grey's Anatomy" and you see Cristina looking at something. Then it goes to The Chief telling Izzie she is no longer a doctor there. The commentator says "The past returns to Seattle" and you see Izzie and Alex is walking up. You see Mer looking nervous or worried. You hear Izzie telling the Chief that she has no problem going to the board or the press. You see the Chief looking at some exrays and you hear the commentator say "Now one wrong move". We get to see a new doctor (the one who knows Owen) say to Cristina "When I tell you the book an ER - book an OR". You see them operating on someone. Cristina/Jackson and see a flat line. Then you see what looks like Der with his head down at his desk... You hear the commentator say "Could destroy their future". And then you see a very angry Chief say to someone "get out of MY Hospital!" The commentator says "An all New Grey's Anatomy next Thursday at 9/8 central on ABC".

Posts: 431 Group: Interns Member #75 Joined: August 8, 2008	In this episode, she apparently comes back to the hospital with her former high school teacher who has dementia (according to press release). The teacher might say because of his confused mental state that Izzie is pregnant, remembering her as pregnant during high school. Meredith might then be confused. (i.e. season 3 with several episodes talking about Izzie's teen pregnancy/adopted daugther.)

I was thinking that the her high school teacher will be thinking about the past... and in the past. But I also have heard that Izzie is really mean to Alex in this episode. I tell you... I am not sure I can take that... but I will bite my tongue until I hear it all out...

I friend of mine thinks its Spoiler: click to toggle Lexie . But since you mentioned the dimentia storyline its quite possible a misunderstanding. Im sorry I can't hate Izzie impossible for me LOL I have to remember she thinks Alex betrayed her (we know he didn't), but I think it will be sorted out by the end of the episode...I hope anyway. It does show in another promo Izzie telling Alex that he helped get her fired, and he says "Is that what you think?" So Im hoping Alex corrects her. I honestly think its Izzie who Chief tells to get out of his hospital. Doesn't it show Izzie operating on someone? I hope we get some Calizona scenes Edited by Edge, Nov 8 2009, 08:14 PM.

The first Video is of Izzie and Der... and then Cristina and Mer come walking up... Cristina is telling Izzie about her missed appointment and Izzie is upset with Mer for telling Cristina that she was back. Then Charlie comes in and says "well look who is back". Izzie says you tell the guy that got me fired? Mer says its her first day back. Der says that Dr. Percy is on his shift too... Charles says he did not get her fired she did it all by herself. Der starts to talk about the patient and Cristina says "I wish Dr. Stevens would give me the details...but I am just a person who saved her life." Then she is getting after her about her missed appointment and then Mer says "Izz" and she looks towards Alex... Alex is walking up and he lays his chart down and then walks away. Second Video is of Cristina and Jackson... He tries to talk to her about the kiss... and Cristina blows it off "Kiss what kiss... I do not know what you are talking about." He looks at her... and then he asks her if she has a boyfriend or??? And Cristina says "Never going to happen". And Jackson says "Got it". The third Video is of Owen introducing Teddy to Cristina and Jackson. Cristina says she has never heard of her? Teddy says she has never heard of her either so that makes us even. Jackson smiles... Owen laughs and explains that she served in Iraq with Owen together and she is going to be joining them for awhile. Cristina just smiles... and Owen takes Teddy down the hall and they chit chat... she says he looks good and he has gained weight. They are both laughing and Cristina says "Who the hell is she?" to Jackson.
