Ok here is LG's Kristen Notes: First one: It shows Charles saying his side of what happened today... and then it phases to him giving blood and holding a red stress ball in his hand... and then it shows him and Jackson talking. Jackson says "This place is a freaking maze... I've gotten lost like 11 times no joke" and Charles says "he lost a patient"... Jackson says "That's bad dude, How did he die". Charles says "No.. I lost her... parked her in the hallway went to go get her labs and couldn't find the hallway and of course no one would help me." Then Jackson says "Yeah... don't even ask for help. These Seattle Grace people are kind of douchey"... and then Charles looks at Alex who heard the whole conversation. Alex stares and Charles gives a nod... and Alex just stares... Then Charles says "Case in point". And Jackson says "DOUCHE" while his beeper goes off... and Charles laughs... Jackson says "It's ER mass casualty"... Second one: You see Owen and Callie taking a patient on a stretcher... and you hear the Chief talking to Reed. The Chief says "And you left the ER at that time" and Reed says "I took him to exray yes." Then you see three people (one of them being the chief).. one of them asks Reed if the patient had said anything about pain. Reed shakes her head and says "No".. Then it shows Jackson sais "The nurse did... said she was in a lot of pain"... then it phases to a nurse telling Cristina and Jackson that the patient is complaining about a lot of pain. Both Cristina and Jackson look at each other... and you hear the chief say "At this point who was in charge of Mrs. Becker?" Whose patient was she?" Reed says she was never on her. April says she was in the OR with Dr. Bailey... Lexie is jumbled up saying " I do not... I I I " and then it shows Cristina saying "Not mine". Jackson says "No Idea" The Chief asks Jackson if he ordered pain meds and he says "Yang did"... The board members looks at each other... Jackson says "next time I say her she was dying". Jackson kind of looks on affected... and then the board members just look at each other... and it goes to Mrs. Becker... chocking... and her face turning blue. Third one: It shows Owen and you hear thunder in the background... The Chief greets him and ask if he knows Larry Jennings from the board... and he also acknowledges the other lady but I can not make out her name... The Chief says they are just trying to get to the bottom of this. The Chief says he needs for him to give them the lay of the land of your yard tonight. And you see Owen nodding... The Chief says "from the beginning" and Owen says "I understand... We were slammed with a mass casuality from a hotel fire..." they shows burned victims being sent in... Owen says" from burn victims to penetrating chest wounds... fire fighter with multiple problems" and they show these people being worked on. The Chief says "What doctors were working?" Owen says "Yang, Grey, Adamson(Reed), Karev, and big kid who I do not know (Shows Charles on the phone) Keptner(April), Avery (Jackson) and Torres. And then they ask him... who was on the patient in question? Owen says "Every one... everyone was every where" Then you hear the Chief say "alright.. who got the chart first?" And Owen looks uncomfortable... "Dr. Yang" and then you see and hear a thunderstorm in the background. |

Episode Preview: Grey's Anatomy: 6.06: "I Saw What I Saw" The Chief (James Pickens Jr.), explodes on all of the doctors and residents of Seattle Grace wanting to know what has happened! Twelve doctors working all over the ER have different stories to a tragic happening. We hear a lone, small voice explain "she knows what has happened." Check out this week's video of the upcoming episode of Grey's Anatomy - "I Saw What I Saw." In the middle of a very chaotic ER, a burn victim dies. There are twelve different doctors that were in the area with twelve different stories of what happened, and all of them are passing the blame. The doctors of Seattle Grace and Mercy West are still vying for their jobs and with this tragedy Richard Weber is looking for answers. Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo), is still in the hospital following her liver surgery. At the end of the previous episode Izzie (Katherine Heigl) left Alex (Justin Chambers) and Seattle Grace.
