Ok here it goes: Promo #2 Televisions best dramas are on abc: we see some bits of all different shows... but we see Coop kissing Charlotte and then Izzie running the hall ways... Addy looking worried... someone falling to the floor... Cristina says 'let's go"... At 9/8 central all new Grey's... It shows Izzie reviving someone... and it says one of their own will be asked to leave... and it shows bits of everyone... and then the Chief is talking "In the wake of the mergers... their is simply no room on the staff" and then you see a snidbit of Alex and then Cristina with her hand on her mouth and then Der looking worried... and then it goes to PP... shows Bailey coming out of the ambulance and says "What are we waiting for?" Addy tells Sam "Bailey is here". Then to hear "A visiting Dr gets more than she bargained for." and it shows Sam kissing Bailey... Thursday's Televisions best Drama's. Promo #3 It shows Izzie telling some of the merger people that she will fight them... You hear the commentator say "They are fighting for their lives"... It shows people fighting and someone gets pushed to the floor... it shows some new people clapping... Owen is watching and Cristina is there... then it goes to FlashForward... and then it says at "9/8 central new residents are moving in" You see Alex psuhing by Cristina... and then it shows Izzie handing a cup of coffee and then dropping it on purpose... then Mer says "They can not invade us... we own this hospital" Then it says "One of their own is moving on" and it shows Izzie... Alex... Cristina... and then the Chief says "I know how to fire people... I do not like it but I know how to do it" and then it shows Der like he was talking to the Chief. It shows Arizona comforting Callie... Cristina on Mer's bed crying while Mer is hugging her... "We are not some stupid hosts. They can't invade. They can't attach themselves to our faces and then when we are eating spaghetti burst out of our chests and skitter across the floor," says Meredith, who has been watching too much TV while recovering from donating a portion of her liver to her father. "We own this hospital … and we will hold this hospital with our last gasping breath." Meanwhile, Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) stands by an enraged Callie (Sara Ramirez) when her father, Mr. Torres (Hector Elizondo), employs a priest to help convince her to date men. "The man flew 3000 miles to make me straight," and indignant Callie tells her lesbian lover. "With a priest! I am lucky they didn't march into the ER swinging incense." But Arizona urges her to talk to her father, saying, "You are the one who changed the game. You dated men your whole life. You even married one." That was one of the sneaks... It shows Callie and Arizona talking... then it has Arizona defending her Dad and Callie freaks. She asks why and then Arizona tells her Callie that she needs to give her Dad a chance cuz heck she only started dating a woman... for 30 years its always been MEN. I smiled to see Arizona defend Callie's Dad. |

The merger comes to a head tonight when the Mercy West doctors show up at Seattle Grace on Grey's Anatomy; while Miranda crosses over to the West Coast for business -- and pleasure -- on Private Practice. With Meredith in recovery from last week's transplant, the Seattle Grace staff doubles in size and stress as all wait to hear who will be cut -- and someone big will be cut...at least for now. Word is Izzie is given the boot, so that Katherine Heigl can go shoot a Josh Duhamel movie, but is set to return to Grey's when the movie wraps. Also expect to see less of Meredith in coming eps, as Ellen Pompeo closes in on her maternity leave. As the Seattle Grace crew gets territorial, the incoming newbies fight to find footing in their new home. Needless to say, not everyone is going to play fair and a level of chaos is sure to ensue. Among the incoming newbies are Sarah Drew, Nora Zehetner, Robert Baker and Jesse Williams. It's a good looking bunch, which raises the question of how the hot new talent will affect the romantic storylines on Grey's Anatomy, but we'll have to wait and see who's even staying. Meanwhile, Hector Elizondo returns as Cali's father. Hoping to "cure" her of her lesbian tendencies, he calls in a priest to help convince her to date men. Cali is furious, but her girlfriend offers some sage advice. One person who won't worry about her place at Seattle Grace is Miranda, who is sent to Los Angeles with a kidney transplant patient. There on business, she quickly finds herself embroiled in all the soapy Private Practice office drama. Not only does she land a kiss from hunky Dr Sam, but she gets caught up in Addison's relationship turmoil. Last week, Addison was still crushed over her aborted fling with married Dr Noah, but trying to move on. Unfortunately, this week his wife Morgan returns to point the finger. There's also that tension between Addy and her former best pal Audra to contend with. Bigger news, perhaps, is the big Who’s The Daddy reveal. Pete's been taking care of Violet's baby, but this week we'll find out whether or not he's actually the father. Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice air tonight on ABC. |
