Baseball with a touch of trauma surgery. Yup, it's Grey's Anatomy. Click ahead for a spoilery look at Grey's Anatomy 6.03 "I Always Feel Like, Somebody's Watchin Me." GREY'S ANATOMY – "I Always Feel Like Somebody's Watchin' Me" – Several weeks after her near-death experience, a recovering Izzie returns to work. Meanwhile, nervous that there will be layoffs in the hospital in the wake of an announcement from the Chief, the Seattle Grace residents compete to survive the cuts, including Cristina, who attempts to work alongside Arizona in pediatrics. And Bailey and Alex's patient's already complex case is further complicated by her schizophrenic son, on "Grey's Anatomy," THURSDAY, OCTOBER 1 (9:00-10:01 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network. (ABC/CRAIG SJODIN) What could be more hip than naming an episode after the theme to the Geico commercials featuring the creepy googly-eyed cash? Naming your episode after the one hit wonder from the 80's that featured the King of Pop, Michael Jackson, in a rare background vocal gig – that's what! It's not nice to pick on the physical appearance of a cancer survivor, but come on! ABC just released a new promo still of Katherine Heigl's Izzie Stevens from the Oct. 1 episode of Grey's Anatomy. The ep, which is titled "I Always Feel Like Somebody's Watchin' Me," focuses on Izzie's recovery and apparently on a fishy wig... We object. Izzie Stevens is a blonde. That's just a fixed, immutable fact of the universe, like that iron's atomic number is 26. As we learned in season one, Izzie Stevens used to be a model, and for that matter, Izzie Stevens is Izzie Stevens, and you can't tell us that Izzie Stevens didn't see this wig for what it is: a misbegotten orange mess. Hate the color, hate the style, would rather have her completely bald or with a nice edgy buzz cut. But that's our opinion. What do you think? Tell us in the poll below... The Chief tells him he is busy... Der asks if he is making cuts. Then it says that everyone is on edge. Is the Chief over his head? No one is safe. It shows Lexie falls and drops some blood. Mark is consoling her... so is her job on the line? Mark warns Der that he may something he regrets... cuz Der is soo mad. Kristen Cliff Notes ala LG Style:(which means I am sure I have left off a bit but you can basically get the idea of the video) Sneak #1 - Mark and Der are working on a patient and Der is telling Mark he is going to go talk to The Chief about this restructure it has everyone worried and no one wanting to leave the hospital. Der says he is going... Mark follows and tells him not to go cuz he will say something he will regret. Then Der said people are worried... Then you see Lexie walking out and trips with blood in her hands. Mark says "She is worried". Sneak #2 - Alex tells Cristina not to tell Izzie about the WAKE and Izzie is back and working she is sporting a RED WIG and saying its an amazing wig she wanted to try out being a red head. Then it shows Cristina and Mer. Cristina tells Mer "She looks like a Stafford Wife." Mer says "She can not handle it... just stare". Sneak #3 - Bailey is working on a patient in a stretcher.. there is a man standing by her and the woman says he is her son. He has to stay close by cuz he is a Paramedic Sycophantic (I think she said). Well he was acting weird.. and the Mom was trying to calm him down. Bailey is checking out the patient and the Son starts to freak out and says "Aliens have impregnated his Mom" and you see her stomach moving around. Sneak #4 - This is a cute clip with Arizona/Yang playing hide n seek with a patient. She involves Yang and asks her to please look for the child. While Arizona talks to the Mom of the child... Yang is looking for the lil girl that is right there covered up in her bed. She looks under the bed... and then in the bathroom and finally Yang is a little tired of the game she say "She is right here" and the child gets sad saying "You were suppose to look in your pocket". Arizona changes the subject and says that Mr Bear would like to see her incision site... see her scar. Then Cristina says in a deep voice "Yes I would". This clip is truly hilarious... I love it.
