It does suck...Shonda has no idea what shes missing out on. Like Justin said in an earlier interview. "It would be nice to George finally grow..etc etc" |

This sucks. I am not happy about it. I am kinda disappointed in them both. Shonda for giving him less face time and TR for not talking to her about it and asking out of his contract. UGH. I'm still gonna watch and it's still my favorite show but it won't be the same without TR. RIP George. |

Oh man that is so terrible and sad it is like a dream or something. It will for sure not be the same without George there. I have some friends that loved George. This makes me cry actually!!!!

Ditto... but could it still be possible that this is just rumored? I mean we all know how aussielo is false half the time and that maybe it was just something that was said to get the story back into the public eye because it hasn't really even been mentioned since the finale so maybe someone just wants to stir up the pot a little more? wishful thinking I know |

No crying Jamie... we have to realize that TR wanted out and he got it... its sad news for George Fans... even if they do get someone else to replace him... it will not seem the same. The only thing though... we have to just remember that TR was unhappy on the show and he asked to be let go. |

Oh well. I'm not really upset. I've been over George for awhile now. At least we don't have to wait around all summer to find out if hes staying or going. I just think it's kinda funny to walk from the show right now with the economy. Jobs aren't guaranteed in Hollywood. Hopefully he makes it in the future and doesn't end up working the drive through at McDonalds! Sorry Tegs and Booner

Oh I am not crying it seems like he has been on the show for a while and I was just use to having him on there. I get like that with chacracters on shows. I am messed up. It is just a show!!

Shonda Rhimes has made so many mistakes with the show in the past,so I am not surprised. Hopefully she'll do something right and kill off Izzie as well. My interest for next season is sinking. God knows what she will do with the Mer and Ders relationship- cheating, a new breakup? I will not tune in, but only read your board and spoiler |

Gosh...now the whole being on the other side of the elevator makes sense... complete sense. Like Denny, George is already dead. Geez... makes me wonder what else is in store for us? But I will stay tuned... and I will still be here. |

This is just absolutely horrible news. And I do not believe that the whole reasoning for not having George around most of the season is because she wanted us to "not miss him in the finale". Sounds like a coup out to me...it's all B.S.! Also, even though I kinda got used to not seeing George on the screen this is a big loss for Grey's Anatomy. Everytime he came on screen he brought a laugh, which was needed in this type of drama-edy. No one will be able to replace him and bring the same laugh to fans that George's face, expressions, voice did.... I have been watching Grey's over the past few weeks, starting from the beginning. George is by far one of the, if not the, funniest characters on the show. This is a great, great loss. Edited by McJen, Jun 17 2009, 11:58 PM.
