Posts: 23,159 Group: Moderators Member #14 Joined: August 2, 2008 Favorite Character Of course... Der Favorite Couple Mer/Der = Extraordinary Together!!!!	Two Episodes - One Night!!! Wow what a roller coaster ride we have been on. Tonight will be the night to see what may lie ahead for us. What will they leave us dwelling on throughout the whole Summer? Is Izzie going to die? What is going on in Alex’s head? You know the poor man is suffering. What happens to George? Will he stay or will he go? Shonda what do you plan on haunting us with Mer/Der? Will we be truly happy as you promised? What about Cristina, is she going to continue helping Hunt get better… while still loving him more and more each day? Are we going to get some Sloan and Lexie time? Heck where is Arizona and Callie going? I mean will Callie move in with Arizona and share sandwiches, sure beats working fulltime. What about Bailey? What is happening with Bailey and Tucker? Will the Chief allow Mer to continue to grow? They tease us with spoilers… BUT LG will keep this clean again. I just know that I am going to prepare myself tonight. Kleenex’s and something to keep my mouth wet… a nice bottle of water at my side. Cuz I have this feeling my throat will get dry, my eyes will tear up, and I will cry at the drop of anything and everything. Oh and a bottle of red wine chilling in the freezer… Will all our couples end this season in a good place? I know Shonda cannot please everyone but heck… if there are suppose to be SURPRISES then please us ALL. That will be the best SURPRISE ever!!! I have not been able to get online at home, my lil acer has died. But I will try my hardest to take over one of the other laptop/computers in the house and come and share my enjoyment. Cuz I am truly not watching tonight with any expectations… I am watching to watch. I think that is what always makes me sad. I expect way too much and BAM she hands me a crumb. So tonight Shonda SURPRISE ME, SHOCK ME, give me something to think about till next season. If not… then I guess unleash the LG Monster. GAO members already know what happens. I'm so full of mixed emotions right now! George as John Doe....BRILLIANT! But having Alex and Iz make up after Iz gets her memory back and then having her flat line, NOT COOL! I missed the first 30 minutes of the episode thanks to working so I need to rewatch tomorrow, but right now I'm shocked! Now I don't want either Izzie or George to die!

I loved every bit of it...no complaints, well none other than the fact that we have to wait until September to find out the fates of George and Izzie which better be good and not bad! I laughed, I cried, I held my breath, everything...it was just purely amazing! Best season finale since s2 in my opinion and I loved the House of Candles last season so this is HUGE! I'm still just WOAH so I'll have to comment more after I wrap my head around things and talk it over with some friends but WOW AMAZING!

Don't feel like Mer & Der are married. Chris & Owen are together, but he's leaving. Bailey's life is screwed. Alex is a mess. George and Izzie both coding? Shonda needs help if this is her version of happy.

I'm happy with where they are and how many times did Meredith say I love you tonight? She's never said those words so many times in one episode ever! Were lucky she's said it the few times she has because Meredith Grey before never said I love you to anyone but grown up happy Meredtih Grey says it and that's HUGE!

All I can say is after all the JDM scenes he BETTER see her in that damn dress. I hope KH, TRK and SR have a come to Jesus meeting and decide NOT to eff up our show........ Recap it when I am no longer irritated.....That might be September.

WORST CLIFFHANGER EVER!!! this is gunna drive me nuts!!!!! me and my friend were SCREAMMING at the TV! The idea of making George Jon Doe was amazing! and i love how he wrote 007 on mers hand! I LOVED THE MERDER 'MaRRIAGE" it was soooooooooooooooooooo cute!!! Cant wait for the real one! Izzie making it throught the surgery not having her memory then getting it back really good!..... her crashing in alex's arms not good! I felt really sorry for bailey and arizona! how sad about arizonas brother. wasnt so thrilled bout the Slexie story line! i Love them as a couple so i wasnt happy to see them fighting! I loved Christina giving mer the post it notes and pen! classic greys! Owen and christina at the end when she ran up and said yes was so sweet! OVERALL AWSOME EPISODEE!! Is it september yet?!? I REAlLY WANNA KNOW WHAT HAPPENS TO GEORGE AND IZZIE!

I honestly thought that John Doe was Mer/Lex father. I had no idea it was George until 007. This has nothing to do with the episode but I distinctly remember when Charmed Season 3 finale aired I wasn't curious as to who survived because I figured. please they won't kill off any of the leads.....flashforward 2 weeks later and SD announces she has left the series. That is what I am hoping to hear in the next few weeks so I can clear my mind not to mention my DVR so I don't have to watch anymore. LOL Sorry but I am an Izzie fan and if she is gone...well so am I. But I did love the Mer/Der wedding, it was absolutely adorable.

McGeek Lover Posts: 267 Group: Interns Member #66 Joined: August 7, 2008 Favorite Character Meredith and Mark Favorite Couple MerDer and close behind Mexie	I will admit that when I realized George was John Doe I started crying like a freaking baby..then all I could say was "No...Not George!" Very smart idea from Shonda Rhimes and company but on the other hand if Georgie doesn't make it I will be pretty po'ed! Katherine did an amazing job in these episodes as well as Justin. I didn't like how she finally starting getting her memory back then she codes..boo! I hope Izzie pulls through as well. I loved Meredith and Derek's vows....they were cute. Meredith was smiling and it was great. The Cristina and Meredith moments were great....I think the scenes that Melissa mentioned were the best. Edge, I also thought at first John Doe was Thatcher but I began to realize when Bailey was talking to the Chief that George wasn't around..... then they showed Meredith and John Doe and I realized it was George....I am speechless on that. Cristina and Owen were cute...I like her speech where she told him that she said I love you. It was sweet she went with him to see his mother. I love Arizona in these episodes as well. I loved how she cried when she got mad at the Chief....I feel her pain...I do the exact same thing. I am proud of Mark.....he is doing things on his own.... I love Lexie...but yes he can find someone better...who wants him. I feel for Bailey...Tucker is an....well I will leave it blank...I though Chandra scenes were great as well. These episodes were well written as well as well performed by the actors and actresses.

I have to say "I knew it"... it was soo darn predictable to me... and yes this time around the darn spoilers were right on... Go Figure? I was hoping they were wrong... I knew they would leave us with the two biggest cliffhangers... will Izzie and George still be with us come Sept? I am just still in shock. I think if anything I loved Bailey's ourburst to the Chief... and I loved Arizona and Callie's interaction. As a Mer/Der fan I am feeling numb. I think I need to sit down and rewatch cuz I feel like I was just punched in the gut... I was crying my eyes out when I realized it was George... I just knew... I had that bad feeling and I was right. Geez... his eyes... it was the eyes that gave it away and him trying to reach out to Mer. I kept telling my husband it is George... and he was like "No he is in surgery"... and then the tears just kept falling. How cruel can Shonda be... poor Alex... Ok... I am going to wait till I am feeling better cuz LG Monster is boiling. Why did my bad feelings have to be right? This is one of those times I just wish I was wrong. A post it... the union was a post it.... Do not get me started... LG Monster needs to relax. We have 4 long months to go WILD with speculations... or to make us feel better with hope? PS - Ali... you can have PD for as long as you want... cuz I think this epi may leave you wishing for more. I mean it had some really good parts... do not get me wrong... but the whole flat lining? To see George in the military outfit... I am not ready to say good bye to George or the Izzie. So... I am going to rewatch it all... and come up with ways to believe they will stay. I promise to think more positive tomorrow... I am just at a lost for words. Edit: Mer has grown a lot... and Der is soo attentive to her. The only spoilers i have read all season have been the ones in his column and from what i've been reading as of late he has been pretty dead on. Quote: Grey's Anatomy Watch Although Grey's Anatomy boss Shonda Rhimes denies Katherine Heigl and T.R. Knight are leaving, deafening buzz continues to suggest otherwise. THe latest rumor: Rhimes is mulling a bait and switch that would find terminally ill Izzie living and George croaking. One thing i'm pretty sure won't died anytime soon? This mess of a story! ^That's what was posted in his column and it actually fits. Caroleen pointed out to me that Izzie could still hear everyone in the room talking. So maybe Ausiello was right. I guess I'll just have to wait and see what he has to say after the episode airs on the west coast.

Seeing Alex cry made me cry harder than I already was! Damn you Justin Chambers and your amazing crying ability!

Don't get wrong the writing was absolutely fantastic....UNTIL they put George and Izzie together, I loved these 2 together......as BEST FRIENDS. And when they did Gizzie, that ruined it. But I still loved George and Izzie respectively.
