This is the Season Finale... we get to see where they are going to leave us all off... I tell you I thought last week left me still wondering... I sure hope this week they give us something to really hold on to. Please Addy try and remember Noah is married... and having a child. Violet... will you choose Sheldon or will you choose Pete? Where will this creepy man who is Charlotte's Money Supporter in her/his Practice lead us this week... hopefully not too close to Nai. Will Dell find his daughter? I know I am excited to see what happens tonight. And what about Sam? Come on... we need some Sam moments. Will Cooper find out about Charlotte's supporter? I will see you all here... so you can share your thoughts or if you want to just vent. I have a feeling LG will be venting tonight... but I am keeping my fingers crossed. |

I'm gonna be honest.... I didn't watch it... I did TIVO it but Addison and Noah make me seriously want to vomit in my mouth.... So I turned it off...... Maybe tomorrow..... =) |

Caroleen... give it a try... its better than what I thought... and the right thing was done in Addy's Part. But heck... I am still angry with Nai... All I can say is what the freak? I mean they finally get things all situated for Violet and this happens? OMG... I am still freaking out. I need to catch my breathe... but for now I will say... I love Pete... I love his honesty... I love Sam... and for Sam to give Dell the money... |

I don't pay much attention to pp, but they did a good season finale, guess they covered a lot in an hour. Poor violet, finally she gets her happiness, then this happens, perhaps she knows how she has close calls but something always happens to get in her way. i have a feeling it will go ok, they'll hunt the crazy lady down and get the baby if no one get her in time. i hope Pete will catch her in time. And for real, charlote crying over a job and wants Cooper, for real, oh well, she just wants to feel needed. she's like a robot so i can see why she was let go. Ya reason why I haven't watched the show much is due to not much going for addi, so now they got her in a relationship with a married guy and she's torn? sounds so deja vous, what happened to going out to have her own life and start over fresh and find a better happy guy for her, ya twisted, it's like karma, cuz she cheated on derek with mark and fell in love with mark too, then it didn't work out due to a miscarriage then she wanted derek back, then derek had an affair with mer while they were together. And now she's going with someone who is married...sounds soap opera to me. that was some heavy breathing there. so dell got his daughter back, why haven't he gone out for custody ages ago? he's going to have to do this or she'll keep coming back for money. |

To make matters worse, one of the moms, Amelia, used the last of her dead husband's sperm to get Zoe pregnant. No do-overs there. But Zoe wants to terminate and start over, while Amelia threatens to carry Zoe's child through to term and then keep it. The doctors bring in Duncan the lawyer, who recommends paying them off. The moms agree in the end to carry the babies to term and switch. The mess-up doesn't effect William's offer of Charlotte's job - he doesn't care about the mistake, and still wants Naomi. Not Charlotte. Charlotte is fighting for her job, but she's done with Cooper, even when he tells her Violet is getting together with Pete, and so he's finally free to focus on Charlotte. After William tells Charlotte she's fired, though, she rethinks how she just dismissed Coop. Sam finally admits his love for Naomi. But she doesn't reciprocate, and takes William's offer to leave Oceanside. Dell Dell is the fall guy for Naomi's mistake, whether or not he was the reason for the mix-up. He's benched from practicing. Heather comes back, high, and offering Betsy back ... for $10,000. Sam gives Dell the money, and when Heather returns with Betsy, he threatens to call the cops. He doesn't give the money to Heather, who bolts. Addison Noah's wife Morgan is back, ready to deliver the baby, and reads the chemistry between Addison and Noah immediately. So Noah decides to tell Morgan of the feelings he has for Addison so that they can be together, but Addison blocks him from doing it. However, she doesn't block him from almost consummating their cheating, as they begin to hook up ... just as Morgan's going into labor. Addison is unable to deliver the baby in the aftermath of that near-miss, and makes Dell deliver Noah and Morgan's baby. In the scary meantime, Katie, the delusional patient who lost her baby in utero a few episodes ago, is back, and off the meds. Violet, Pete and Sheldon Pete decides to follow Sheldon's lead and tells Violet that he should have fought for her, that he wants her, and the baby, and that he loves her. Violet pushes him away. As Pete and Sheldon point out later, together, Violet is pretty much unable to realize happy when presented with it. But hormones help Violet realize that she could indeed learn how to be happy, and with Pete. However, moments after Violet basks in her future happiness with Pete, Katie shows up at her door with a syringe full of some paralyzing agent and a medical kit. She's rescuing "her" baby from Violet's body. It's disturbing as she readies to literally cut Violet open on the floor after stabbing her with a needle that has her unable to move from the neck down. Cooper almost walks in to stop this, but is called away by Charlotte, crying that she lost her job. |

I was stunned. The finale was good....left me wanting more which a finale should do. When Nia and Sam argued and he said that he was still in love with her...i feakin gasped...my heart skipped a beat. It was good for him to get those feelings finally out but I understand Nia leaving but I am not happy about it. I felt for Charlotte...no she doesn't have a heart but we have seen glimps of it with Coop. Cooper was in between a rock and hard place between Charlotte and Vi. I loved Pete in this episode.....He was sweet and finally fought for Violet...I wasn't sure about those two at first because I liked Pete and Addie..but I think I have grown to like him. Pete had hope in his life since his wife and him tried to have a baby..I loved it. I felt for Dell.....I know he has had it rough but I was proud he stood up for his daughter and wouldn't feed his ex's habit. Violet's storyline was crazy..Looking back now I can see it building...I hope someone finds her in time because she won't have much time when Crazy Katie takes the baby out. I am iffy about Addie still...I wasn't crazy on the Noah storyline....but she kinda of reedemed herself when she told him no.....I hope that will be the end of that storyline. |

I thought the finale was great and left alot to be discussed over the summer. Addison/Noah: I don't care. They are so HOT. I love the struggle and the breakdown at the end. Noah/Morgan's marriage was over before Addison. Morgan said so herself that they were going to separate. They just need to get divorced already. Its better to have two happy divorced parents than two miserable married parents. I really hope he comes back. Naomi: I think it will be interesting her working for the other practice. Dell: Happy he got his daughter. Violet: Meh. I think it was overly dramatic. It will turn out ok, so I don't really care. I am kinda tired of Violet. Bring on Season 3! |

I'm the opposite to you AddisonLove... I don't care much for the Addison storyline recently. I don't want her with Noah. I can't stand him. He's a snake. I don't care if his marriage is technically over, he's still standing by his wife's side and helping her deliver their baby. If it was over a while ago, he should have left. I hate it when someone stays in a marriage claiming it's over. If it's really over, get out. Addison could do so much better for herself. I miss the swat guy lol. I hate that she's become a dirty mistress again.. it's like she keeps going down the same old path. It's tiresome. I love that Pete stepped up. He and Violet will be good together. I never could get my head around why anyone would want to be with Sheldon. He's such an odd little man. The ending was shocking!!! I can't believe they're leaving us there! Poor Cooper will feel guilty no matter what happens cuz he was inches from the door and turned back. So, Charlotte gets fired cuz she doesn't have a heart.. shocking! LoL.. I didn't know you needed a heart to run a business. I wonder if she'll go to Oceanside haha.. that'd be interesting! The switched baby thing was shocking. Talk about a worse case scenario.. eek! I hoped they'd come to that resolution though, but imagine how hard it would be to carry someone else's child to term then hand it over and get yours back.. wow! Sam was amazing in this episode. His emotions were all over the place... and when he yelled that to Naomi, I was like this...  It was good that he realised that Dell is family by giving him the money in the end. But, I was glad to see Dell didn't give his ex any of the money. I hope he files for permanent custody. He shoulda had the cops there waiting for her to come in with Betsy.. then he would be guaranteed custody. I have a feeling this might come around and bite him on the arse later, cuz he doesn't really have any proof of her drug misuse or neglect. I'm looking forward to Season 3. I'm pretty sure someone is guna save the day with Violet.. maybe it'll be Sheldon  .. but I can't wait anyway!I'm guna miss my weekly fix of Dell

Please help... I don't watch PP but I have a friend who does and she keeps bugging me to find out if this episode was the last from this season? Or will there be another season in fall? |

Yes they were given another season... this was the season finale for Season 2. They will be coming back in Sept as well... Whoop Whoop!!! http://www.tvguide.com/news/fall-tv-abc-1005388.aspx ABC has announced a dozen early pickups for the 2009-10 TV season. The renewed scripted series are Brothers & Sisters, Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice, Lost (whew, that was a nailbiter!) and Ugly Betty. The biggest "news" here is perhaps that Private Practice made the cut. Some considered the sophomore drama to be on the "bubble," though its numbers have been strong-ish ever since its multi-week crossover with mothership Grey's. I realize the need for a "cliffhanger," but this was ridiculous! To leave the ending with the doctor's life in the balance -- at the hands of a deranged patient ready to perform a C section she knows nothing about -- was over the top. The writers went overboard! I don't want to watch this show again, which was getting crazy anyway this past season! -- Linda Schulkin, Scotch Plains Alan says: That ending (with Amy Brenneman as the doc in danger) was among the more demented cliffhangers I've ever seen on a TV show. Creator Shonda Rhimes isn't talking, but presumably someone's going to walk in that door in time to save Brenneman, which means a whole lot of people were creeped out over nothing. I don't object to a good cliffhanger -- or, for that matter, a good horror movie moment -- but that ending felt so tonally out of whack with what "Private Practice" usually does that it felt unfair to the show's audience. |
