I see nothing wrong with this scenario at all... I say we leave It as It Is and just learn to be patient. Doesnt hurt to wait.

To where if its 20 seconds left and there is one ct camping oustisde and not making an attempt, it should slay them when the admin inputs a command. That way it wouldnt always bethere and up to admin decision,thus eliminating alot of arguing

In a full server, having to slay 3-4 people for camping every round would be a pain in the ass even with the menu. If an admin slays someone, there WILL be arguing. When a plugin does it, then people can cry abuse all they want and it can fall on deaf ears.
