Toby is at DBARC in Berkshire, but needs to be in a home!
He is very unhappy in kennels, and really does need his forever home asap. If you are looking for a super, friendly and affectionate boy - please come and meet Toby out of his kennel asap
Toby has an unsettling time over the past few months.
His original owner had him since a puppy, but when she had to change her job in May, she was working too long hours to keep a dog, so she found a new home for Toby.
Unfortunately, the new owners did not have a fenced garden, and allowed Toby to wander, then when he was picked up as a stray, decided they didn't want him any more! So he then went into the care of a fosterer until he could come to DBARC to find a permanent home.
Toby is a big, active, energetic fellow , 2 years old in August. He is a lovely lad. He will need a home where he will get plenty of long walks, he also enjoys jumping & with some training he may be a good agility dog.
Toby would be too big in a home with young children. A home with teenagers would be more suitable, as he may knock over little ones. In his previous home he lived with children.
He is good with dogs his own size, especially spayed females, but can be a bit too playful for small dogs. He is not good with cats.
Toby is great travelling in the car and is housetrained. Loves his cuddles and he will need a home where someone is there during the day . He has a beautiful coat which will need regular brushing.

Toby knows Sit, Down, Give Paw, Give both paws etc! He is so clever and would train up for any doggie activity. He is going crazy with boredom, and so needs a home. Please feel free to pm me, but EVEN BETTER, go to DBARC and meet him!
