2 days in rescue can be a long time

Hi John
It's Lu from 'animal action train and rescue' please could you put this
Shepherd on your website for us. He needs a knowledgeable owner. He is 7
months and very large, he is just a bit insecure from the changes at
present - only to be expected, he shows good guarding instincts and we want a home
where they will be socializing him and possibly have another very secure
dog. He is very good with dogs and children but large males (humans) make
him insecure. Previous owner said she could not afford him any more. She
had split with partner and had a girl child, age 9 yrs. He is in foster care
with family, husband and wife and dogs and children and is settling in. He
has met horses and was quite good. He goes off the lead and stays within a
range of 20 yards or so.

Ben has come back into rescue after being rehomed a few weeks ago, He is now in foster with me in Chertsey Surrey,A very loving boy that is dog friendly , But he has come back because of his protection issues with visitors to the house, He came here last night muzzled but after his owners left only 3 hours later he was and now is my best buddy, We are looking for a very exsperienced home for him with no children or visiting small children who will work with him on this problem,

If you think you are that new home please contact me by PHONE only

Same with us.

He's one gorgeous pup and I'm sure he'll be snapped up quickly. He's very young and probably just needs firm but gentle handling and training.

:fingers crossed: that someone experienced gives this lovely lad a home soon.

Made enquiries, but he is not cat tested and after having to return Aenghus I can't go through that heartbreak again.

This lad is not to be for me and mine - perhaps it's just as well - my Dad would have kidnapped him as Ben is such a handsome boy.

Just showed Ben's details to Cat Bloke - he still won't rehome the cats.....

Plus he said our youngest would never go back to college with a big bear like Ben in the house - he probably has a point
