 Report from Irish rescue Sheba is a lovely BIG German Shepherd and she is 2 years old, she was found by nice caring people who took her in for a week until there was space in the rescue and I find her a very loving dog who will make a great companion in time to come but she will need a gentle understanding person who will treat her with kindness and give her the confidence she needs. Unfortunately she came in to us in season so we cannot spay her until she is over that and she will have gained much needed weight by then as well. She will require some lead training and also house training but she is a very smart lady and will pick up on that quickly, she is also good with other dogs and will be good with children. |

Sheba has come on great and was Spayed yesterday and Marta (Vet) fell totally in love with her and said she was a lovely Shep and very good and that if her kids were older and she was not so busy she would keep her. She has come on great here in the rescue and is clean now in her kennel in the night time and loves attention now but is still a puller on the lead, she has put on great weight and is a very gentle eater and takes her time. She has not had a good life and from the marks on her when she came in I think she gave a lot of her time chained up and she was filthy and very smelly and has had 2 baths but she still has the smell of what ever and where ever she was, I have removed a lot of her dead hair and she now has a lovely shiny coat. She is a fine dog and will make a great companion and will be very loyal and loving to her new family. |

The lovely Sheba has arrived safe and sound and is settling in really well as you can see here she has had a bit of a play with Koda and has had her dinner looked round the garden and has come back in for a sleep. In the crate behind her there are two cats i put them in there as no-one knew what she would be like with cats so what do you think  I know you can only see one that because the other one is in the litter tray, she has gone to smell them then just walk away. |

Aaaah this is the gentlest of dogs, and just flourishes around children and other dogs. Bless you sweetheart
