SASHA Sasha is a 3 year old spayed female GSD x Alaskan Malamute. (according to the original vax card) Her full veterinary history is available from a pup. She is a perfect house dog and is extremely loving and devoted. Sasha is also excellent in the car. She came to us last year when her owners emigrated and was rehomed soon afterwards but sadly she has been returned, partly bcause she proved too willful for her new owners but more because she refused to learn to co-exist with the resident cats. Based on this we are seeking an experienced home WITHOUT cats or small animals. As is common with dogs of her breeding Sasha is not good on recall and is therefore best being kept on lead when out and about. Sasha can pull a bit on lead, particularly when she sees other dogs or people but has been introduced to a halti and is responding well but would benefit from a bit more training.

Hi Dave, Sasha is beautiful, she looks like she could be our Locky's sister. Even though like Sasha he isn't off the lead and is very strong, you could not wish to meet a nicer, gentler more cuddly teddy bear. They make loving loyal pets and are very happy to be cuddled constantly.

Sasha has a young male GSD for company at playtimes here and they get on very well. On a recent training session she proved that for a treat or a ball her recall could be spot on and her anxiety with other dogs must be waning too, she certainly sees enough of 'em!! As MichealM said, she loves a fuss, just a big 'ole cuddle monster. When her visitor/trainer came to leave last week she planted herself in his car and refused to get out, a nice trick but we couldnt persuade him to take her lol |

The home didnt work out, the resident dog proved to be too bouncy with her. She has an artificial hip which should cause no problem but it does, we now must look for a calm home for her. |
