Meg was in a Pound looking very sad and frightened and when she came here she was so timid that she could not make eye contact.  Here we are now and looking very pretty   Meg is an absolute darling, she is a small Shep and very gentle. She is about 3-4 years old and her new home will need to be reasonably quiet, without too much bustle. She loves company and cuddles in to you for comfort. A gentle and still timid girl, but just like a little rosebud she is begining to bloom. |

She does look timid in that first pic...............but i know she's coming on well.......... probally sumfing to do with Gill and Tarry  Meg..........you'll be ok girlie ........  Tim wot might be crawling ..........just a ickkle bit

Just did a homecheck for little Meg and it has passed  Meg will be off to her new home next week-end. (Tarry'll be heartbroken..............for about 5 mins till his mummy gives him a nice treat  )

Well that didnt take as long as expected did it! You can never tell with these babies how long it will take for them to come round. Be happy in your new home, pretty Meg. |

Yes, once they come out of that timid state then, usually, the "move forward" into a new home proceeds with less "angst" for a dog and Meg..........is so out of her timidness that she came with me on the homecheck, she was a wee bit timid of the husband but he's so gentle himself I'd say a week at the longest in her new home and she'll be fine. The wife works from home so that'll be brill for Miss Meg |
