Barking mad

No I dont think so, he is back where he was when he first arrived and he did very well those first few months. he does seem worse at times when his ear infections are bad, that is another constant battle I just read it through again too and realised that the group photo early on where I am dishing out treats shows 5 dogs that have fits of one sort or another, maybe we should try for a world record |

Hi Dave, Just wondered how Tucker was? Has he had any more "nasties" and how is the ear infection? Don't want you to think he's forgotten. There seem to be lots of holistic preparations that are supposed to help with Epilepsy but I am sure you know them off by heart. Would be nice just to have an update.

Thanks for the interest, We are fighting another cluster at the moment and have added KBr to his PB. more details here...... http://z10.invisionfree.com/PFK/index.php?showtopic=4559 We also did another blood draw to check the PB levels, some dogs metabolise the drug faster as time goes on which leads to ever increasing doses. The vet checked his ears too and they were fine. Edited by PFK, 10 Sep 2009, 01:44 AM.

Hi dave, Good luck with poor old Tucker. Dont know if you know but I now have Alfie - one of the 4 GSD's who were chained up all day and night. Got my hands full but I'm sending a hug to Tucker - he's in good hands and you are doing all you can. Some rotten individuals can't look after a healthy dog, let alone one with problems! Good luck Tucker! |
