Hi Everyone HURRAY HURRAY I have had a wonderful day. We are the very proud owners and family of a very handsome chap. His name is Alfie formally known as J/Juno. Today the lovelly Hayley gave us the privilage of becoming Alfie's new family. We spent the entire afternoon at Cannock Chase getting to know each other. And if that was not tiring enough, he spent the whole evening tearing round the garden like a loon. He is an absolute charactor. I will post some photos as soon as I have more and have mastered the art of posting them. I am starting to waffle a bit now, but it has been a great day for us. Hayley - you are a really lovelly person, keep doing it. we need more people like you out there. Denise and family. xx |

Hi  An update on our handsome chap Alfie. I have to say it feels like he has been with us forever. Alfie had his last lot of jabs with our vet in his first week with us. The vet was very happy with him, and stated we have a very fine year old (if that) dog. We have recently changed our dogs diet to Raw. They absolutely love it. After the expected tummy upset period, due to the change over, Alfie is definatley started to put the weight on and looks great. Ruby who suffers from EPI, looks better than ever. We have started training with Alfie. His recall is better than Ruby's, and hers is good. Alfie does seem to have a problem with the kitchen surface. He seems to think that anything and everything on it belongs to him. So we are having a battle of wits on that one. We introduced the crate to Alfie, he loves it. If he goes missing - thats where you will find him. Hayley - I have not received your pm. Hope you had a good break, when you getting your next foster. I have been keeping an eye (ok more than one eye) on all of those gorgeous pups. I am forever taking photos, but they never seem to be as good as you want them to be. I am quite ashamed really, cause whenever I show people any of my photos on my camera to other people, there are about two pictures of our children, and a hundred of the dogs. I promise to get some on as soon as I am able to. I will endevour to try this weekend.

 i am so glad things are going well for you all. thank you so much for the update and please don't for get  lol.i have already got another foster i have got Gem she is a lovely dog and very friendly. i am working with her at the moment as she also likes my kitchen work tops  and as now had to be crated when i pop out.  ok ok im sorry just want to see him  no pressure lol

As we speak/type wotever, my camera is downloading everything onto laptop (states about another 37 mins to complete), then I will try and workout how to download onto photobucket and get some photos on tonight   can be very confusing all this tech stuff.

 Oh Hayley, she is so beautiful. Looks like she has the big ears like Alfie. My camera is now counting 16 mins to completion. Not quick enough |
