I've met Treacle (I was going to foster her until a home could be found) and she would suit either a submissive dog or an extremely dominant dog. My bitch is dominant, and when they were walking they were absolutely fine, but then as soon as they "met" (stopped together) we let them try to sort out who was dominant (they were both on leads which probs didn't help) but they just clashed as they were both the same dominant nature. Treacle really is a sweetheart though... |

I am just thinking...rather than trying to rehome her with her problems and waiting a long time, wouldn't it be fairer and easier, to rehome one of the dogs you have who has no problems?? That would give you the time you need to spend on Treacle and with an easier dog to rehome there would be less chance of any come-backs. If Treacle loves you, then maybe it is she who should stay??
