@ Spart. If I autoresolve the battle its OK, but if I fight it CTD during load. If I fight the same army in a different location it still CTD.

I'm guessing it is the battle between Agirrus and a rebel force under Pravaius?

It loaded fine and the rebels were crushed.

Now...as to why I can play it and you can't...... not a frigging clue.

Okay, Limes.


Ran through EDB and the MTM temples have been eliminated. MTM does not appear in EDB at all, even as a minimum building condition so that's good.

There are seven potential temple types in Polytheism: Fun, Farming, Law, Battle, Governors, Horse and Trade. Only the Greco Roman factions have priest triggers for all of them. The other factions have between 3 and 5 potential priests to be triggered.

MTM has been successfully eliminated from the Ancillary file you sent.

I'd say they are good to go.

The only "anomaly" I noted was that both the Gauls and Spaniards were able to recruit two different priests from the Temple of Battle but that should not matter to the computer.

Noo. MTM triggers should stay in the EDA. Ok Spart, I'll handle it by myself. I need to rest for a while.

IN THE MEANTIME YOU CAN DELETE ALL MTM TEMPLES FROM YOUR EDB (don't use EDB I've sent you, because it's very different in comparison to one from installer. You can use EDA. It should make game stable, but most ctd come from recruitment system I'm still working on.

In the meantime Muizer from RTR team prepared new descr_geography file especially for AEE. Honey&Cream :).

Battlefields are more disparate thank to his work. How flat battlefields with new vege and descr_geography look like?

Btw, do you know what's up with TWC? I can't say thank you very much to Muizer.

The MTM_priests are still there but the associated temples are now from Polytheism as far as I can see.

Witam.
Mam CTD po wczytaniu save. Zawsze po wczytaniu uruchamiam opcję pór roku. Ctd zawsze po kliknięciu końca tury. Wydawało mi się, że może być to spowodowane podmianą części plików w folderze "text", lecz po ich przywróceniu następuje to samo.

Hard coded limits was exceeded. there are 69 buildings in uploaded AEE version. Should be 64 max. That's why MTM temples must be deleted.

Info from Resources and limits table (TWC)

export_descr_buildings.txt

Hidden resources: Min 1?, max 63 or 64 (not sure which). Extras cause a CTD, not including rome causes a CTD (I think), not including italy prevents Marian reforms (I think). Experimentation, experimentation. But see here for a way to overcome the limitation.
Overall building tree number: Min ?, max 64. Experimentation. Extras CTD (error: "Settlement in [X] region has not been given [X] a core building. Any settlements above village level must have an appropriate core building! This settlement is level 1, and should have a level 0 core building.").
Levels per building tree: Min 1, max 9. Assumption, experimentation. Extras CTD.
Upgrades per building level: Min 0, max 8. Default usage, logic based on previous. Levels can only be upgraded to levels listed after them on the "levels" line.
Units recruitable in a given city, not counting agents: Min 0, max 32. Default usage, experimentation. Extras CTD.
