Is it me or is the lower part of the wall stretching the texture in places?

The wall itself is fantastic, I have not seen any mod team go through the hassle to include such things before, very impressive.

Hi Wolfen.

The thing you are taling about is additional 3d element that makes wall more rugged. Wall is not plain in certain places :).

:). We'll see. At first sight war machines should be palced on ground (overlay map should be edited by making few areas higher than rest). For instance right behind the walls. It can look strange, especially when walls are not built. To be frank it's last thing on my list.

1. Models and skins.
2. Fixing few new political trait system.
3. Second wall around Carthage (tiles around the city).
4. ballistas on the walls.


Ps. I'm busy with painting. My apartment needs changes :).

I quite agree. I always thought that every town being totally flat and none of them being on a river or coast was pretty stupid and also contributed to the generally boring siege aspect of the whole game. M2TW seems to have solved that problem but no one can seem to make it work for Rome.

I can promise that I will post wall pictures soon. I've just started campaign. Hell hard. I don't change my mind about VH/VH. VH/VH is for real strategists.

Hi Limes,

Your walls look amazing, really adds something to the game. The problem is that some files seem to be missing from the mod. Sections of the wall are missing, just black or sth like that. I haven't really got a clue what it is about, but I could look up some of the error messages.

Any idea how we could best approach this problem?
