Hi Limes, please don't hurt yourself :) I sent you my email. Also, did you email filefront at ftp@filefront.com ? There is a 600MB limit on filesizes by default, but if you email them they'll set up a free account for you to host AEE files.
Seriously though don't hurt yourself :)

I'm fed up with AEE today.

Last changes:
- Intro is ready,
- code fixed (now Seleucids, Numidia, Armenia, Pontus, Egypt can build reforms). I tried to make two different branches of code that would make possible building Reforms and Roman Rights separately. I've been working for three days, but it's not possible, I think. Imo, I've encountered limit of buildings that can be built. SHIT :):).
So, in other words we'll have sth like Reform1/Civitas Sine Suffragio. One building will affect two systems Roman metropolis and Allies. It will be explained in description,
- descriptions of Reforms/levels of citizenship added,
- 2d art for menu (maps showing starting position) done,

It is :). I will send you my text. For sure it has a lot errors. I used your descriptions but had to change or add new because idea is slightly different. Only Rome and Capua will build Reforms. Rest of not metropolitan cities (besides Rome, Capua) will build "Rights" given by Rome. Then they will get status of Civitas Foederata, Civitas with Ius Latinum, Civitas Sine Suffragio and Civitas Optimo Iure. I also rebuilt recruitment system. All cities except Rome and Capua are Socii/Foederatii after conquest. It means that we've got two branches of intelectual acts of Rome :). First is inner reforms of Rome (Capua), second (all conquered cities) are subjects of Rome's will (recipients of rights and levels of citizenship. That's why I had to change descriptions of reforms.

Thanks. I used their install maker but installer is too big. I'm looking for a way to create install via:

1) unpacking AEE material
2) then automatically install unpacked material

This way installer has smaller size. AEE material packed with 7-zip (ultra compression rate) has 325 mb but user have to install files manually. Installer (where user shows only destination path for AEE material) takes 600 mb.

I've made experiment few minutes ago. I packed AEE installer made by use of Actual Installer (600 mb) with 7-zip. Size of packed installer is 480 mb. So it's size is smaller about 120 mb . To make entire process nice and easy I need software that will let me just unpack files and install it in correct place.

I've seen the Clickteam installer used in many programs, and it seems to be a solid installer creator. They have a freeware version on their site here :

http://www.clickteam.com/website/usa/installcreator.html

It is right under the Installcreator picture. Oh, and for a mod of this size, 400-600 MB is actually an amazingly good size, don't worry on getting it much smaller than that honestly.
