[size0][align=center]In their sixth year at Hogwarts, the Marauders know that their carefree days are coming to an end. In another year, they'll have to straighten up and fly right, won't they? Soon enough they'll have no time for pranking -- what with future careers to think about, not to mention their place in the escalating conflict. Deciding that this year will be their last year of fun, the Marauders make a vow to cause as much mischief as possible.

Time is marching on for the seventh years as well. Of course, Headmaster Albus Dumbledore would never directly recruit his students into the war effort. However, he has started a 'mentorship' program for gifted and ambitious students in their final year -- grouping them off with Order of the Phoenix members. Sworn to secrecy, these brave volunteer students have begun to undertake small intelligence-gathering missions, no doubt preparing them to fight the good fight after they leave school.

In the meantime: wizards, witches and all manner of unspeakable creatures are flocking to the Dark Lord. His followers are having no difficulty expanding their formidable ranks. Whether out of pureblood mania, family responsibility or terrible fear, joining the Dark Lord has become a popular choice. Some have found that the decision was made for them, while others have the responsibility of choosing for themselves. If it were all up to you, how would you decide?
